I lack most of the context here but my guess would be that the other message wasn't reported and yours was.
Maybe somebody there just doesn't like you. AFAIK, that place is "AI"-moderated, which means every report will get approved - because that's not actually "AI" - it's a 'large language model' or something along those lines.
